Every Journey Matters Home Care was founded by mother-and-daughter team Melissa and Ellie Morgan, whose shared passion for helping others inspired them to create a home care company built on compassion, dignity, and trust.
Together, Melissa and Ellie combined their professional experience, personal values, and heart for service to create Every Journey Matters Home Care.

Melissa Morgan
Melissa discovered her calling in caregiving during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she experienced firsthand the impact quality care can have on individuals and their families. With more than 30 years of experience in hospitality and customer service, she brings warmth, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional support during life's most important moments.
Ellie Morgan
Ellie brings over 60 years of healthcare experience as a Registered Nurse and healthcare leader. Throughout her distinguished career, she served as Director of Home Health, Director of Patient Services, and Director of Cardiac Support Services. Her dedication to patient care and advocacy helped countless individuals navigate their healthcare journeys with confidence and dignity.
