Owner & Care Coordinator

Melissa founded Every Journey Matters Home Care with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges with confidence and support. She believes that every client deserves personalized care that honors their unique needs, preferences, and journey.

Monique Tavarez, CNA

Client Care Supervisor

Monique serves as a Client Care Supervisor and holds a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate. She discovered her passion for caregiving while helping care for her grandfather during his battle with cancer, an experience that inspired her to dedicate her career to supporting others.

Monique is committed to ensuring every client feels valued, cared for, and supported while receiving care at home. Her compassionate nature and dedication to helping others bring comfort and peace of mind to the clients and families she serves.
